Are all of your products natural?

Our products are made with natural ingredients, including plant-based oils, unrefined butter, essential oils, goat milk, candelilla wax/beeswax, and honey.

Why do you use Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) in bar soap products?

Sodium hydroxide, or lye, is a critical ingredient in soap production. It maintains our skincare products' pH balance and helps thicken them. But fear not! Once the soap is hardened, it undergoes a curing process in which the lye evaporates. This means you can safely use these soaps without any worry.

Soap-making is an ancient art that involves turning fats into soap through saponification. This process creates a cleansing agent that removes dirt and oils from your skin without irritating it. Hence, it's essential to understand the role of sodium hydroxide in this process and how it assists in creating a top-notch product for your skincare routine.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Our brand is proud to be cruelty-free. That means our products have yet to be tested on animals. We believe in the quality of our products and trust our customers' feedback, so we never need to subject our products to animal testing. The majority of our range is vegan, too! The only exceptions are the ones containing honey or beeswax, but we make sure to use these ingredients ethically sourced from local providers.

Are any of your products Vegan Friendly?

Most of our products are vegan-friendly, except for our goat milk soaps, oats, and honey body butter.

Are your products children-friendly?

Many of our products are designed with children in mind. We carefully craft them using safe and gentle ingredients, minimizing the risk of irritation. Some products are even unscented or lightly scented to ensure even the most sensitive skin can use them comfortably.

However, it is always recommended to do a patch test before using any new product, especially for children. This will help us understand how your child's skin reacts to the product.

Do you know if I can use the products in my hair?

Our Tea Tree and peppermint body butter can also be used on the scalp and in the hair to moisturize, hydrate, soothe the scalp and promote hair growth.

What is the shelf life of your products?

When you receive your products, their average shelf life is 9-12 months. To prolong this life, it is best to store them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
