Shipping

Your Beauty Your Skin currently ships to the U.S and Canada.

- Processing time is 3-7 business days. During (Holidays, Sales), turnaround time is 5-12 business days for orders to be processed.

- Shipping may take 5-12 business days once payment is processed. During (Holidays, Sales) expect products to be shipped between 8-20 business days.

- Business days does not include Weekends or Holidays.

- A verification email including tacking number to the email address provided at time of purchase, once package is shipped.

Lost Package or Sent to Wrong Address.

- Confirm that the mailing address and email address provided is correct upon placing orders.

- Your Beauty Your Skin WILL NOT be responsible for lost parcels or parcels sent to the wrong address.

- In any case that the shipment is lost or stolen, it is the Sole Responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping company and submit a claim.

Damaged or Spilled Products During Shipping.

- Damage or spilled products during shipping process- customer is advised to document by taking photos of shipping parcels and damaged goods. Please send an email to yourbeautyyourskincs@gmail.com or text 321-376-6606.

Returns

Because of the nature of our All-Natural Handmade products, we are not able to assure the purity of goods once they have been shipped.

For hygienic and safety considerations, we are not able to restock or resell shipped products, and thus, we Do Not Accept Returns.

Lastly, if a refund is approved for any reason other than what is listed above after the products have been shipped, that refund will be provided as store credit.
